Sleep workshop – Sunday 25th November 1-5pm at WhiteSpace Studio

Sleep…… so essential and yet often so elusive. When the body and mind is without adequate repair and renewal we soon feel out of kilter. If we can’t ‘command’ our bodies to sleep what can we do to get adequate rest? At this Sleep Well Workshop, Whitespace Yoga studio, Sunday 25 November, 1-5pm we will explore a spectrum of Yoga practices to help you discover how best to rest, digest and ultimately improve your sleep. Suitable for all levels, all sleepers and non sleepers
