Ali teaches a variety of classes ranging from group classes to private bookings and from corporate yoga to workshops and trainings.  There are classes for all levels from newcomers to seasoned practitioners.

Describing her teaching style as structured yet fun, Ali delivers classes that are accessible and engaging. The emphasis is on empowering students – through the sharing of knowledge and key teaching principles – to deepen their practice safely and effectively and to open fully to wellbeing.
