Commitments such as family, work and being ‘social’ can mean that we spend so much of our time constantly on the go and not taking enough time to be still and savour the sweet nectar of just ‘being’. Practices such as Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra can help you to reconnect to being well both in mind and body.
